There used to be someone that made them, called the X-Dyno. He did and posted a ton of engines for comparison purposes. http://www.nitrodynesystems.com/ which is no longer in service. It was pretty expensive. Few thousand $.

I'm not aware of anyone that makes them but I've seen some homemade ones on youtube.
