Lookin for an engine

I am looking for an engine to go in my RS4 3 SS. I'm looking to spend somewhere areound 150 bucks. I would like either a .12 or an .15. I'd like it to have a lot of bottom end aswell as high (unlike the 12R SS). I've been looking at the Fantom FR15 and the OS .15 CV-RX. Oh yeah, it has to be side exhaust and have a pull-start. I can deal with a slide carb though. I am open to all suggestions. Thanks for any help!!

I've been looking for similar engines myself, the shortlist I came up with was:

OS .15/.18 CV-RX - 1.3 HP
HPI 18SS - 1.5 HP
Novarossi CX12 Pull Starter - 1.0 HP

Yeah thanks, i forgot about the .18SS. I'm going to look into that one. Anyone else got any ideas or suggestions??

Fantoms look good high H.P. and rpm's .

Mugen MT12--> 1.5Hp Around 180. I have one on my NTC3. Had to buy the slide carb linkage. Is available with rotary too. Slide is better.

Thanks a lot guys. I'm seriously looking at the fantom. Has anyone had a 12R SS and a Fantom FR15 and can compare them for me?

He needs a side exhaust pullstart. The mt12 is a rear exhaust non pull. Go with either the novarossi cx12 or the cheaper route but the same engine the TOP ct12.

Yeah, i want the engine to be a direct drop in so i dont have to buy anything else for it to fit. I really lookin at the FR15, what do you guys think of it? Does it have any low end or is it all mid-high end like the 12R SS?
