You'll need a scanner to create a pdf file.

I figured that much out. I have a scanner.

Easily enough; insert all images into a microsoft word document, and then use "Ghostwriter" and "CutePDF" to "print" into a pdf. Very handy, and best of all, free. You can use it for other programs too.
