Locker servo backwards on trx4

I got a trx4 defender for $30 with a bad receiver. I replaced it, but now the front locker servo turns in the opposite direction it's supposed to go. I've tried to switch the wires around, but it didn't work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It doesn't have the module. Yeah, the person said it had a bad tranny, but it was just in neutral
