I'm about to buy a MGT 4.6SE RTR, used. There is for almost 800$ of stock and the guy will sell it to me for 300$. Not very expensive you'll say. BUT, there is a little problem with the starter. The rest of the truck is very clean, everything works very well when it runs... When he tries to start it (with the Allen thing..), it works one time out of 10.. He says that the starter doesn't ''grip'' on something to make the engine starting.. (1. I'm from Quebec 2. I speak french and english but I don't know all the terms in mecanics so.. be nice right? :) ) Well... do you know what's the matter with this? What you need to change? Is it expensive? Is it tough to fix?

Thannks!

must be the one way bearing .sounds like that ...take it out and clean it with WD-40 ..if that doesn't work .....get a new one..........there should be 4 screws around the ''allen thing''..take those off ..and the one way bearing should be there ....hope that helps ;) ....unless it has an internal OWB ( One Way Bearing) ..youll have to take the back plate off to

I'm in Quebec to ;)..''VIVE LE QUEBEC'' ..lol
