Leaving for Iowa!

I can't wait it has finally arived. The trip I have been waiting for all frigin year. I'm going back east for 10 days just to relax and do noting but fish and ride my uncles quad and drive the poop out of his brand new mustang GT 500. O yaaa I'm so ready for this. I just bought a new fishing pole for 300$ so I can go on some big fishing adventures with a friend that has a kick ass ranger boat, well be fishing for huge whipers, and catfish. Last year my uncle bought a quad for me to fart around on when I was back there so I'm going to beat the crap out of that sucker for shure, well not beat the crap out of it but ride the heck out of it if you know what I mean. I think my foot is heald to where I can shift it lol. If I'm not fishing I'm riding, my kind of trip. I just wish there was a way to get an rc with me back there with me. His ditch shure calls my name everytime I see that thing. Its just a differnt way of life when I go back east for some reason. Not the hustle and bustle of the city. Someday id like to move back there, it just so nice to see open land, and not houses built on ever square inch of it like california. I leave friday and saterday I'm already planing my first fishing trip to the Des Moines river, or maby a lake but somewhere indeed. It will be really weird staying in my aunts house without her though, she was like a 3rd grandma, and I have stayed with her every year when I go back there there, but this is a first. But ill be doing to many other things to keep my mind busy. I just can't wait I'm leavin on a jet plane on friday. Just thought id share my excitement! lol!

I know what you mean, I grew up in Altura, Mn. A small town no one has heard of and everything moves a bit slower. I breath easier when I'm back there, just don't get back often enough. Enjoy the trip.

Can't say I've EVER known anyone to be excited to go to Iowa. Usually that's the kind of place you get stranded when your connecting flight is snowed in.

Candyman, the airlines don't even go there! You have to take a bus from MN, IL, or MO for faster service. Customs is a hassle too!

Man you guys are harsh about this. Its just relaxing, for those of you that dont know the o so not wonder full joys of california, being back there is differnt. Hell most people dont even lock there houses when they leave back there, out here we have frigin cameras to take pics when the door bell rings lol. I just can't wait, I dont like the flying aspect but being there is asume.

Bryson, have fun on your trip. I remember taking trip back to Rangely CO every summer for 2 weeks. There wasn't spit in the poop ass town but I loved how there was just nothing around and I could go shooting at whatever right outside my grandmas back door. Wouldn't want to be there in the winter though.

Ya its pretty hicktownish lol, my uncle once heard me talking how I was a good shot with a shot gun, and hes all prove it come on. We went right out side and started shooting, it was funny. And your right, norcal is differnt from so cal, but its still just the state in general. lol.

Iowa sounds like where I live. Every year we have a town festival and I swear it's stuck in the 80's. Only thing missing is Crockett and Tubs and neon.:horsecrap

Well guys I'm out! Last post for darn near 2 weeks lol. I just got done running all the fule out of my engines and puting after run oil in them for the first time in god knows how long, o the joys of byrons. Well Peace Out Guys!

Ahh I'm home at last. It was a good trip while it lasted. I got in some good fishing, rode the crap out of the quad, and got the mustang up to 140! Now I'm home and can't even rest because colledge startes today, well yesterday but I missed the first day. Well at least its good to be home, well not really lol.

Ya it was a good unwind, and was good while it lasted. My coledge class is kinda cool but the teacher is a prick. I'm takeing engine 2, and were going to learn to port and polish, so maby I can apply some knoledge and port one of my rc engines which would be cool. Thanks alot guys.
