The cv boot that I broke came in today from a main so I was able to get the front end completed. Here are a few pics...

Thats so nice looking great come together so far! Are those factory alloy chassis braces? Wish my EXO had factory alloy....

Yes those are the factory team braces. They do look slick! The build is real easy so far. The instruction manual is missing the part that shows how the middle diff gets installed. You get to that part of the build and it just repeats the rear build again. An obvious misprint. It is a nice looking buggy......shame I'm going to have yo get it all dirty and scratched up! Lol

Got a bit farther last night. I still have to build the shocks and get the radio tray completed. Then it's paint and trim time!

Looking good! Makes me want to get my buggy even worse now. As a kit at that.

Thanks bro! I really enjoy the build part. Not as much as driving it....but there is no better way to learn about how a car works than to build it from parts. Sorry for the blurry pics. I'm not sure what is wrong with my camera.

Looks like I will have to step it up on my EXO, your almost passed me...

Man I love building kits! I should really slow down and enjoy the builds more. Once I get started though, it is hard to stop. Then before I know it, the build is done! I still have a few things left to do but for the most part I am done. I still haven't figured out what color to paint it yet...

AE's stuff is pure quality. The builds do go soooo fast. We built a buddys sc8 in like 2, 3 hour nights. Lookin' good!

Thanks bro! I have had really good luck with AE stuff. I know they are not the favorite buggy alot of folks but this is my 5th AE kit, and I have had no complaints so far. I know aot folks like the Losi, Serpent and Keyosho better, but I have no complaints. The build was super fast especially since all the turnbuckles and steering linkages come pre assembled... which made the front and rear installs so fast!

Oh man she is so sexy! Damn good job so far. That makes me want a friggn buggy now, well besides my EXO..

That's a nice build thread. Looks like high quality to me. You have idea's for the lid?

I do not. That always seems to be a sticking point for me. I get all the way through the build and I can decide on a color for the lid... never fails!

Nice! Hell ide keep it clear for now so you can admire all the internals without taking off the lid.. Great build!!

Finshed up painting the lid. Not my best work with a rattle can, but I just wanted to get this baby on the track. I can work on a better lid over the winter. Anywhere here are a few pictures.

First battle scars.... now I can quit worring about it! LOL Was driving some high speed runs in the driveway and was almost through my first pack, when I caught an edge and barrel rolling down the drive way it went!
