Get this guys... Last night I was playing Modern Warfare 3 last night... in the middle of a really good game.. well for me anyway, and my wife comes down stairs and tosses two pictures in my lap. It was a picture of my x girlfriend and myself at a christmas party, and a picture of my X at a NASCAR race. Aparently they were behind a picture of my sister and brother in law. Not cool! I have no idea why they were behind there... probably because I was too lazy to pull the pictures out. Good thing my wife is not the jealous type. This was still not cool though!! I got the cold shoulder last night... but it was in sort of a jokingly... I think?

The pictures in question were over 10 years old! I have been with my wife since 2003 and married since 2006. Those pictures were the first time I have layed eyes on my X since we split in late 02.

Normal female behavior. Don't try to understand it. You just need to nod your head and agree with it until she moves on.

I came across some pics that were taken from my bachelor party that were in a box in the attic a few years back. I caught hell for the party when it happened since there was a stripper involved and there were "marks" on me that she saw. While I wanted to keep the pictures since they brought back memories of a great time, I promptly shredded them and the negatives so my wife didn't come across them by accident.
 
Honestly though... I wouldn't be cool with finding pictures of my wifes past boyfriends... Knowing me, I'd throw them away.

To me, getting rid of past relationship items early on in the new relationship, once you know your getting married, is just a sign of respect for the life to come.
 
I used to keep all the "love" letters and such from past relationships, but once I met my wife I threw that stuff away. I saw no point in keeping them. I guess I just forgot about those two pics!

My wife wanted pictures of my bachelor party which was in Vegas, and was disappointed that I had none. We vowed as a group that no pictures were to be taken of those 4 days!! LOL

You know... they say you should hold on to your old love letters, but all I keep now is the letters my wife has left me over the years. I have the fond memories of my past relationships... but those are in my head where she can't get to them thankfully! LOL

And the pictures... she promptly threw them out!!

Rob... I would love to hear the bachelor party stories!

Knowing my wife... she probably would have rolled with it... but you never know how far you really are from looking for your weenie in the woods somewhere! LOL

Put a ring on the finger and try to replace em, they will fk your world up and take everything you love.. Id rather find one and marry her.
 
Actually getting married couldn't be any farther out of my mind.. I usually it doesn't get to the point where they want to get hitched. Sort of like it that way.. I like owning all of my stuff. :D
