Whats on your t-maxx? If you don't have .21 or high end .15 engine then I reccomend being afraid. lol, Take you maxx and his buggy to a 1/8 scale track and see who if laughing after a lap :whistle:
The only thing I can't stand about a Maxx on a track is its cornering abilities. Its a monster truck. So it handles like one. Even with my Picco .26, I would still say my Inferno would spank it. It just handles that much better. Most time is lost in the turns.

buggy vs any T-maxx with = driver skill the T will lose every time IMOH.

Anything vs. T-maxx with=driver skill the T will lost almsot every time.
List of things that beat monster trucks:
1:10 Stadium Trucks
" Buggys
" Rally
1:8 Buggys

MTs are geared for torque anyway. Just about any race-oriented kit should be able to beat it. I bet there are MicroRS4s that could top an MT. Actually, RCCA did a custom Micro that hit about 45MPH which would beat out my Maxx. That is why I'm getting a buggy, for speed and maybe to race.

Nah man doesn't look like I'm making it to the bash. 
Things just aint working right for me right now to be able to make it. Maybe next time.
And as far as Deeek17 is concerned....off the line there is no comparison Your in the dust. You tried pulling away from me on a high speed pass...what happened...I ate you, passed you, cut you off, and the women were laughing.
And other than the football incident...Bro you have to admit...You got OWNED. and to think...this is just tank 10 with very minimal needle adjustment from break in. Once this bad boy is tuned there is no way your even in the same class. Until you get a buggy. STFU. :wedgie:

I hope you didn't buy that Inferno Sports yet. This was one of the buggie I had to choose from as it was in my price range. The main draw backs are: 1.) the chassis it self differs from the standard mp7.5 in thickness and design because it's not countersunk for low CG. 2.) it has a plastic, yes plastic spur gear (or main gear as some call them) 3.) you can't really upgrade to a standrd MP75 without removing most of the original buggy.
Don't get my wrong, the Kyosho name is the standard of quality in the 1/8 scale buggy scene, but getting the Sport will short you of the Inferno experience. Get the standard MP 7.5 and you'll be much happier in the end.
If you're looking at the bottom line, you just can't get into the 1/8 buggy scene for cheap. I saved a little bit by getting a Lightning Pro. I would estimate I only saved maybe $250 over the total cost. After you upgrade to a $300 engine and a $100 pipe and then add a good FM radio ($150-$200), you're talking a lot of money regaurdless of which kit you buy.
Bottom line: Buggies are not cheap. If you do buy cheap, expet to pay a boat load of cash as soon as you start racing.

Dude I have one of the sickest race maxxes I have seen. I have sunk so much money into it in the aspect of handling. I have a Sirio .18 and pipe so I have the power also. And weighing in at a little under 7.5 lbs its light. And it can't hold a candle to a 1/8 buggy on a track so WAKE UP!
