I guess I'm lucky. Only 2.5-3 hrs as the pickup flies.

I am thinking about more coffee. Not even 11AM here, too early for beer. Needs to be at least noon.

there isnt any left.

what you didnt see was the seasoning. It was paprika, cayenne pepper, and cracked pepper for dry seasoning. and butter, and white wine for a sauce. the recipe said to brush then sprinkle, but we mixed the dry into the sauce and brushed that on. They were impressive. lots of back pats from the group.
 
That looks so good, and here I am having soup..
