Is the nrs4 mt 1 and 2 considered a monster truck or a stadium truck? isnt mt stand for monster truck. would it be allowed in a race with monster trucks?

Technically its 1/10 scale so Stadium Truck. But, its 4x4 so Monster Truck. But, most Monster Trucks are 1/8th scale so its back to Stadium Truck Status. But, most Stadium Trucks are only 2x4 wich means the RS4MT is not allowed to race in most Stadium Truck Class races.

its an exotic hybrid cross breed. the t-maxx is 10th scale so you can't base it on scale. and the hpi mt and mt 2 are 4wd but are stadium trucks so you can't use that ether. its just a 4wd stadium truck, simular to the hpi mt and mt2.

I think (and I stress THINK) ROAR would classify the MT and MT2 as a monster truck, so you could run it in that class. If you remove the front-center dogbone (making it a 2WD) and have a .12 in it, you could probably run it in the ST class...but again, this is only theory. I'd wait to get confirmation from a true racer.

so then all this would depend on the ruling of the officials at a race then.

when they built the MT and MT2 they had the basher in mind not the racer ,
they wanted a Stadium truck that had the ability to go anywhere easily because of the 4wd .
traxxas built the S-maxx as a 2wd stadium racer ,but you dont see it racing in roar events thoe because of its size i am sure
i am sure they as in traxxas/HPI when building both of these they had the basher in mind not the racer
and yes to answer your question it would be totally up to the officials as to whether or not they will allow you to race ,i highly doudt it simply because of the advantage of the 4wd
