I forgot where the 2nd spring attaches to? and I can't find a picture to see.
I connected the exhaust spring, but there's another one that fits near the carb? LST2 Any know where? It has a wide loop on one end, and then a small kinked loop on the other, and it's half as big as the exhaust spring.

its a throtle return spring. one end goes on the carb slide the other goes on the chasis somewere. just make sure that it is pulling the carb CLOSED not open..
