Essentially a $499 gamble I couldn't resist. I am currently building the Vanquish VS4-10 Phoenix Straight Axle Kit and am really impressed by the design and quality thus far. Only snag I hit was... I ordered two 7.4v rated ECO Power servos from amainhobbies.com and they both went up in smoke when I turned on my ESC. Turns out they were actually only rated for 6.0v...yeah

I almost got in on that one too, but I already had 3 sets of wheels of fortune and a portal builders kit. No matter what you get, it's a hell of a deal. Really wanted a set of the dark earth wheels.... oh well maybe next time around. Good luck, let us know what you get.

Is that the Tamiya driver.
Took me a long time to realize he's wearing a vest.
Everytime I painted one I hated the shoulder and arms until my gf pointed out he's wearing a vest and that's why the arms look strange.
What do you think? Do you think that's why Tamiya molded the arms that way?

It is the Tamiya driver. Once he is in the truck, you can't really tell. I didn't notice it was a vest until you pointed it out.

Those blue Vanquish wheels look amazing!

I'm actually in the process of swapping my grey wheels out for the blue ones. They do look pretty good. I am also putting the 4.65" wildpeaks on too. I think the VXT2 tires are just a tad bit too tall and will rub more.

What do you think about those 4.65 Wildpeaks? Was thinking about picking up a set to put on my TRX4 Blazer Awesome looking truck, I really like that blue

I like them. They are very sticky and they fit the wheelwell better.
