Just Got my LST2

This thing is a monster!! But the friggin HS sent me a grey one and I asked specifically for a red one.... They don't have any red ones in stock, and they are 2500 miles away..

So yah think I should send it back for a red one?

I wouldnt grey red doesn't matter to me but if you really want a red one and can't live w/o it then send it back it will cost u more money to ship it back tho. Anyway Congrats on the buy if you have a camera try and get some shots of it in action and at stand still let us know what u like and dont. Have fun breaking her in and drive it like you stole it.

I don't know why people have that bumper sticker on their cars "drive like you stole it" most cars that I see stolen end up on that show "greatest car cases" with the driver driving a stolen car, and crashing it!!!!

ha,ha,ha... I decided to keep it... too much trouble to return it and wait for a red one (which would have matched my car).... already installed my skid plates, charging my RX pack, and waiting for the other half of the shippment before I can think about running it.

Damm it, it was only up to 65 degrees today. Guess I'll have go out and buy a parka.

It would be cheaper to order a new stock body for the LST2 than shipping it back. I would run the truck and wear that body out then order the red one. You will need a second body eventually. I heard a while back that the losi bodies for the lst do not hold up.. but I bet it is because of the size and weight of the truck!! haha

Just kididing about the Parka....(just gloating) being from San Diego, and was a over the road truck driver for 5.5 years, people always thought I was crazy (I am)
for getting out of my truck in -20 weather wearing shorts/tennis shoes/sweat shirt...But how much cloths do you have to have on when it's 80 insde the truck, and 80 in any building I go in. hey these are the warmest cloths I own.

No doubt, 65 degrees and were out in shorts and tees here in Mn. 65 degree's is almost speedo weather.. :idea: almost...lol
