Hi, I'm ready to throw this savage away. just bought a force 36 engine and had it fitted. it worked fine running it in for the first tank. tryed to start it up for second tank and nothing. it killed the glow plug now i can't start it. when i pull pullstart its got a metallic sound to it but it had that before. now it fires for not even a second and dies. Whats wrong with this thing? what glow plug would you recomend using in a force 36 with 25% nitro? Thanks

If you throw it away, can I have it?

Anyways, I would bring the glow plug that is already in there to the LHS so they can tell you what kind you have, and hopefully they have the right one.

BUT! If you're like me and don't trust your LHS, post a picture here. We will help you.

A glow plug dying during break-in is common. Calm down bud. Ofnas are made to accept any standard length hot to medium plug. I'd run a hot plug until you get it fully broke in.

i did two in the 6 tanks it was idling in during break in, haven't blown a plug for over 3 galons now. just on a side note though, the really quick stalling, i don't suppose you have the HPI safety shutoff shoe installed? if so, just make sure it's just stuck against the flywheel, becuase mine can be. much grit =) just pull it out if so
