JR radio r-1 work with airtronics receiver

I have a airtronics fm radio and bought a JR r-1 radio I have two airtronics receivers somebody told me that the will work together or use JR TX crytal
and airtroincs RX with a air tronics crystal .what do you guys think will it work.

It should work. The best thing to do is give it a try and see what happens.
Plug it in and see if it properly responds. If so, have a friend start walking with the RC and get a feel for the range you will get.

Make sure everything is FM and on the same frequency.
If for some reason its not working I'm interested in purchasing the Airtronics FM RXs from you if they are on FM 75
