Hey Plaid,

Yeah I am going to look into the 777 as well as a few others listed here, to see if I can find one that will work. I like to see things up close and personal before I purchase something like that. I would like to actually open it up and check it out see how much storage it actually has. So it looks like I will be at Sears, Lowes, Home Depot, and or Bass Pro Shops..... like I need a reason to go there! LOL

Bringing this back up. Tom, did you ever figure something out? I'm struggling to get my head wrapped around a good solution!

Evil, that is one kicking set-up, man! May have to look into that!

If you guys are still looking for a good box, just asking did you look at wallmart. Thats where I picked up mine. They got everything. Just a thought!

Holy poop Evilgrin now thats a box damn I shd build something like that for my house would beat carrying 3 diffrent tool boxes when I go2 work on my kids van etc.

Thanks guys total cost of the build including the tool box was just under 200$. the cost of the tool box itself was 100$. the rest of the money went into the 15w amp and the speakers and the fuel pump the battery and power panel I already had left over. The batter I pulled from an old booster battery that used to bounce around in my trunk till I cracked the case so it sat in my basement for a few months till this project came along.

My original design started in a plastic rolling toolbox I got from Kmart a few years back that one just had 2 12v 7ah batterys and hookups for my starter box and charger.

O ya I just got me a new box on sunday. Its huge compared to my old one, its the second biggest tackle box that plano makes. Still wouldnt fit all my fishing crap if I tried but fits my rc stuff nicley.
