Traxxas 2wd aluminum bell crank. Used it before and going to put it back on. Is this center bar supposed to be bent or is it just me?

Like where the screws are it's like a little bent then goes straight.

I tried to bend it back but didn't work. So I am going to the the plastic bar off of the plastic bellcrank and put it on the aluminum one.

I have another aluminum bellcrank from Atomik rc on Amazon but I can't find the bushing for it (different size than the TRX aluminum one)

For the fun of it why not just spray paint the plastic center bar. To somewhat match the bellcrank.

The paint was a nice touch 👌🏼

Back when I used to race the Spec Slash class, we'd break these all the time, and not uncommon to see aluminum upgrades bend, some of us would make ackermann bars out of delrin which would be more durable and still offer some flex without breaking.
