The front. Rpm upgrade. Is this correct?

Looks good to from my house. 
After you put the wheels on, if your toe or camber is off, I found playing with the pivot balls can help.

Could it need adjustable tie rods just for the front? Maybe frame is tweaked or something??

Is it mee, or does that look like the front wheels have a lot of toe out? The lower arms are obviously right, but are the upper arms on right? If you flipped them over, front to back, it would toe the wheels back in some. Would be more noticeable with the wheels on it.

Yeah, you must have those upper arms upside down. But I don't know. I don't have one. Do a google image search. Maybe this will help.
Wait, the steering links and the front shock links... could they be swapped?
