Is my brake dragging?

Well today my neighbors friend ajuysted my brakes and when I make a sharp turn at medium speed I hear squeeks and when i brake I hear the brake skid, see I've never heard this before until this guy ajusted it he has the same car I do and probaly knows more. Any thoughts?

Spyderpact with the car NOT running turn on all of your radio equipment and check how well it actually works. Roll your car back and forth while you have the brake on full. If it doesn't go anywhere you know the brake works. Also with no throttle or brake applied roll it back and forth, than give it the slightest bit of throttle if you feel the drag go away than you know your brake is way too tight. Late
