I've been looking to do something similar with my senton! Elcamino style
No not quite. I took my Senton 3s, put a 4s 120a & a Mojave fluid center diff & gearbox on it. Modded some Proline posts to mount a 69 Nova body. Generic 105mm road tires, 12mm hex conversion. It's cool looking. Sits on my coffee table.
I want a 6x6 one day. I almost bought the FMS Atlas 6x6 but reviews were mixed. It's discontinued now.

I haven't even pulled the film off & decaled it yet. I ran it around on 3s. Had so many problems with this thing. All new axles. It's a black lexan body, doesn't need paint. It's super glossy underneath. I've tested it on 4s but idk how long a 3200kv motor would last. I little while w the small tires.
Can you notice the difference with the centre diff? Or is it just for reliability?
It goes really well. It's for on road & yet to push it hard. I wanna be able to jump it on the road. The aftermarket generic shocks I built for it. Soft springs but medium shock fluid. One of the tires is out of wack. Pre glued but it's way wobbly- like the foam is bunched up. So it doesn't do good fast. Bummed- I parked it & need to get another set of tires or destroy that one trying to fix it. Went on to another project. Coffee table RC
I'm guilty of that too.
yep also have fallen victim to that. Sometimes it is needed to clear your head.
