ok, I was just running my fathers truck this after noon considering that he doesn't know anything about nitro, He had just gotten the Team Losi Mega Baja 2 years ago for christmas, we had ran it 3 times that spring and it was extremely hard to start, that was the last time we had run ( and I didnt put after run in it because I was Brand new to the hobby and I didnt know I had to,) it till today when I ran, I Spray cleaned the motor, put new lines in, and went threw the electronics to make sure it was all good, and I also threw a new spark Plug in it yesterday, when I ran it today it started right up and I got a good 15 Minutes of run time out of it but I was going slow becaus I wasn't sure if the motor was fully broken in yet, after the 15 minutes it stalled ( no problem they sometimes do that) got it running again 3 minutes went buy and it stalled ( Once again, I didnt have a Problem with it) So I started it back up but this time it would instantly stall once I let off the gas ( SORRY, GO DOWN TO NEXT POST
(Sorry, my playstation 3 only alows so many letters at a time) but any way, it did that twice ( now its getting a little frustrating) when i went to go start it again it started up with out me holding the gas only one bad thing though you could here the engine working and it would get louder when you pushed down the throtle but the car wouldnt move AT ALL!!! ok so now I'm just staring at it like an idiot, so I shut it off and waited for about 2 to 2 and a half hours, so I went back out I tried starting it bac up again, well now it sounds like its trying to start up but all it does is poorgfas out of the exhaust,
is there anyone that can help me on this problem before I go nuts and throw gasoline and a match on it and do an indian tribal dance around it to send it to hell LMAO, but seriously any help would be great, thanks in advanced

It's a pretty simple process, but a bit intimidating the first time. Start with a nice, clean spot to work on it. Take the head, carb and back plate off. Take the needles and the boot off of the carb. Soak everything in fresh fuel over night. Blow everything off with compressed air the next day. Blast some air in all of the carb holes and make sure everything is clean. Lube the engine internals with after run oil. Don't drown anything, just a couple of drops on the bearings and piston/sleeve. Seal the carb, backplate and header with high-temp, sensor-safe rtv. A thin layer on all of the o-rings is all it takes. Seal the needles with green slime. Let it dry over night. If the engine is broken in, set your needles about an 1/8th turn lean of factory. This will get you in the ball park and allow the engine to run. If it's smokin' like a steam ship, lean it out a little. The object is to keep the engine running until it gets warmed up. Then you can tune for performance. If the engine is new, follow break in procedure. Read the tuning sticky at the top of the nitro forum. Other things to check: fuel lines, tank cap seal, header/pipe coupler, hsn housing, cracked fuel tank. All these things can lead to air leaks, which means an erratic running engine. Start with a new glow plug and a fully charged ignitor as well.
