My xxxnt has never really wheelied either. The front end comes up when i hit a bump, but thats about the extent of it. I get to much wheel spin. On pavement, it spins, on grass, it spins, on dirt, it spins... i think you get the picture. With all this spinning, i'm obviously not getting all the power to the ground. But i don't really care. I wheelie with my .21 maxx and drive circles around my friend with my xxxnt when he's driving his .21 maxx.
From my own experience, the losi trans is relatively weak. I think the few times i did get the power down, it cost me a trans rebuild. I've since put in the RRP Monstor diff gear and havn't had any problems. But i don't drive it as often due to the maxx. It's more funner.

Man, that's so true, now that I think about it, that's exactly the problem, too much wheel spin, it just spins away so much that the truck never gets a chance to grab hold to have the possibility of doing a wheelie. There is no way of avoiding it, on all surfaces the wheels just spin too much, d@mn. 
Maybe if you try and use really soft tires in the rear. I noticed that when i used losi's tires, it had more bite on all surfaces. I bought some other ones, pro line i think, and now i get wheel spin all the time. But i'm not replacing tires every other weekend.
For snow though, the losi soft tires are the best.

A trick to do
I removed the front brake from my buggy so that I could do 360s. I race down the street at full speed, lock the brake and steer hard left. While it's spinning I'll hit WOT and do a four wheel burn out and race down the street in the opposite direction. Just a stupid trick, but remember use street tires.

here it is plain and simple, to tighten the shoks on a xxxnt follow the spring up the assenmbly and where it ends the should be a little coupler thing with a bolt on it. loosen it and push UP!! it must go up not down. all the way up for best results.then tighten it again. then do the same on the front suspension but push the couplers DOWN and tighten.then run it through a quarter of a tank or so then let it idle 4 15 secs. then slam up to full throttle and it should pop up nicely. if it dosnt work then try it again!
My NT will flip over backwards on grass .....I stopped it by loosening the slipper soooo.....tighten the slipper.....raise the rear spring retainers.....lower the front retainers find some short grass and get ready to buy a new body...lol
