Some of you may have watched the "drama" of my force .28 slowly decending into oblivion, as of now I'm done with it. I do not plan on wasting any more time on it. Currently I'm looking at getting new engine but since I have NO idea whatsoever what I should be looking at I am at a loss, so I come to you guys asking for info

the OS and the lrp are really close imo but for the money get the the Axial its a good motor cheap.

Associated makes the mills for Losi. I have a stock .26 in my LST. It is a bad big block to be sure. I don't know that it is better than an OS, but it isn't a bad mill IMO.

since my rav had a force .28 in it should i replace it with a .28 something?
if not whats the smallest i should go

:first_place:RC Addict:first_place:

i think I've looked at that one, the more input i can get the better!

I appreciate everyone who has helped and those have yet to help

That is nice but waay too much, I'm not gonna drop an engine in my car that cost nearly as much as it did lol my rav rtr was 350
i see my rav as an expensive learning tool, when i get my savvy (prolly wont get it this year)i will work on making a beast
unlike rolex, mine wont be a shelf queen it will be a dirt king!! bwahahahahahhaha

ok ok back on topic

I'm not sure if that .30 would be too powerfull for my rav or not

That Dynamite Mach 427 is a killer mill. It is standard equipment in the Losi Aftershock. If it can push that 13 pound rig up to 40 MPH then it will be all you will want! If not, go with the LRP .28--it's a hell of a racing mill!

for price vs. engine quality i would say the lower end series of dynamite or a lrp. and a .21 is more than enough power and a lil less out of pocket.

I have a question about the Dynamite Mach 427
I'm having a hard time finding dimensons, only reason I'm looking is that the 427 looks fairly short(from the pics at amain) if it is short is it really going to affect temps much if i put it in my rav?

For a buggy there is nothing better than . good .21. Downside is you'll need to get a bump box. They are so much more reliable than pullstarts, rotostarts and such.
Pick up the GRP .21 non tuned engine and you'll see what real power is.
It will flat out run any of the choices you mentioned, last twice as long and use a whole lot less fuel.

I say either go with the 427 or the O.S. .30........I have the 427 in my LST2 and I love it & Durwank has the O.S. .30 in his LST and loves it !:D I actually have a brand new 427 in the box if your interested.;)

No it isn't:\, the MAch 26ss is standard in the Aftershock.....the 427 is standard in the LST2, which I have.;):D
