That's the best idea I've heard yet. That Special edition RC 10. :thumbs-up:
That would be a good one. Nice collector RC to boot. But not a build that will leave you thinking... man that was a blast. At least not to me. I've never built a gold pan, but I built an RC10 B2, and it was ok. Nothing too exciting about it though until I drove it.

A really fun build for me was the the Axial Ryft. It's just up there on my fun builds list. A monster 2-speed transmission, with big chunky gears, solid drivetrain and massive tires. The cage is fun to see it go together. And all the parts are really high quality. Catch them on huge sales, I would guess very soon.

Any Kyosho Legendary kit is really fun to build as well, but hard to find in stock. If you can find a Javelin... man, there are a lot of parts to that one. So it's a good car to just build in stages and take your time.

Crawlers, either 1/24 or 1/10 can be some very interesting builds, depending on how you mod them. Lots of options there to just get crazy.

Smaller scale can be used indoors. If you have room, the Kyosho Mini Z's look like a blast. Expensive, but probably the best small scale racer out there.

If slow is your roll and you feel like getting (or going) nuts... build one of these little guys...

There are lots of vids on the Orlandoo trucks. Very capable little beasts, but challenging build. Fortunately they are very cheap. But there are upgrades for them, campers, trailers, etc. Just a cool little platform here.

I used to be like that the first 4 or 5 years I was in the hobby but these days my interests switches periodically so I have on and off times with it.

Indoor can be fun too. Get into Tiny whoops, small scale FPV race cars, 1/24th and orlandoo sized crawlers. Lots to do inside, in the colder months. Or, slap tracks and a plow on your 1/10 truck and do some shoveling. Not to mention building a couple new kits, for the coming spring. Yeah, we are mostly all alike. Big kids.

You will fit right in to this forum. I usually work on mods, clean them and such. I like to get a clear body and paint it all up. I usually get a new rig for Christmas, every year. 😎
Lucky!!!!!
I actually like the winter driving as much if not more than summer driving. Rig certainly stays cleaner, snow conditions are incredibly challenging. 20 minutes and a temperature drop makes all the difference whether you can make it up an incline or not. Is really a lot of fun.

My winter rigs.
You are not alone. I love this stuff.
I put in a Brushless all in one spectrum, and a 400 servo, in the Sport. More speed and torque. Don't have to worry much about getting it wet. :thumbs-up:
