I love following build threads! I think this is a pretty unique idea too. I would enjoy following the build and the wins and losses along the way. The showcase should show what is left after you finally broke 130mph and the wind tore it apart, piece by piece!!!Yea, my thoughts exactly.
My solution might be to get a Redcat Ascent Scout and mod it for speed

Awesome! You've helped convince me that this may be the path forward and I'll do a build thread (cuz I've been wanting to as well). Upside, Redcat has some nice machined metal parts, hopefully I can keep it groundedI love following build threads! I think this is a pretty unique idea too. I love my Scout, definitely going to add some upgrades to it, but it crawls better than my trx4m defender out of the box
That's great to hear, I'm pretty certain that's what I'll get. It'll pair well with my FMS Land cruiser. I think the hardest part is deciding which color body.
I'm thinking the Blue scout 2 body and make black decals to replace the white.
That will look amazing with the black stripes and all the black trim!
