I have a Nitro mt 2 that appears to have no power, car is new and new to me
((it did work once)

it has a Venmon 1200 power pack that show 6 volts on the tester ,
BUT when it's in the car and the switch is on....nothing happens....

IDEAS????

Try plugging the battery directly into the RX, if it works then, you know the switch is bad.

Unplug the battery from the switch lead, unplug the switch lead from the RX (usually the very first or bottom lead), then plug the battery lead right into that slot.

Yup that should do it.

Then the RX is bad and you need to replace it. That, or if you have another battery pack, try that.

Sometimes my battery leads pop the connector out ....make sure you are getting a good connection ....or as MW says try another pack.

You sure you plugged the battery in the right way? Negative lead is usually on the far right, then positive is in the middle.

Sorry, sounds like your RX joined the big scrap heap in the sky! Bummer!
