I found the problem

Hey everyone I previously posted a topic about my car taking off for no reason and I just thought I would let everyone know that I found the problem and I found that my youngest brother thought he had a bit of knowledge and so he screwed the idle right in! Has something like this or similar ever happend to you?

one time i forgot to put the air filter on. as i drive around a small grain of sand stuck the throttle open a little. got it out ok, but hate to think what could have happened.
