Got new clutch shoes for my Mutilator, got my driveshafts, and my chassis braces. Put everything together, rolled it on the ground, and it kept binding up.
Picked up the rear, front rolled fine, picked up the front, rear rolled fine. Figured it had to be the center diff, pulled it and inspected it, nothing wrong. Well wtf? Set it back in the chassis and tried to spin it, got tight. Hah! Tried to spin the cb, that's where the bind was. Originally, I had a 13t cb, and I went back to a 15t when I put the new shoes in, with the 13t, I had an extra washer in the cb bolt, so I put it in with the 15t, not thinking. When I pulled it, it spun fine. Put everything back together, did some running, and I love it.
The Losi 454 really packs alot of punch. I put the HPI Phaltlines on, and was close to pulling the front off the ground. I think if I switched back to the dirt tires, and ran in the grass, it would. And this motor hasn't even woken up yet! I think I only have about ten tanks on it!
