Plug is bad or the carb is set too rich. If this is a new engine you need to preheat it with a hair dryer or a heat gun. A hair dryer will only get you to 150F but it is enough to make the engine run smoother. Nitro engines don't like to be cold. A heat gun will melt things if you are not careful. So if you use one, only put it on the engine block and head for a few minutes.
Also you can use the throttle trim knob to raise the idle speed to prevent stalling.

great advice from all of you! all of those things sound like they could be a contributing factor of why it wont keep going, and simple advice on what I could do to change that! :) Any advice on how long I should charge the glowplug igniter?

i've heard different times, ranging from 7 to 12 hours. I'm guessing you would be safe to charge it for longer. I dont know if it can overcharge, though. Anybody know about that?

If I use it all day I will charge it for 4 to 6 hours. I just bought a Dynamite hanger 9 and I let it charge 14 hours before I used it today. I like it alot it has a gauge on top to let me no if the plug is bad or going bad. No more taking it out and seeing if it gets hot.

lol wow 14hours! lol no wonder it wouldn't even start yesterday. I only had it charged for 4hours out of the box! that's how long the ignitor said for, but then after I had charged it longer, the next day we actually got it started. So I'm guessing the longer the charge, the better? and one more thing, how long does a glow plug ignitor hold it's charge before you need to charge it again?

Depends on how much you use it, it's one of those things you kinda have to figure out on your own. if you tune the engine properly you can use a single ignitor for a day or two of bashing/racing.

Heres a video of us trying to get it going yesterday. And this is what it did.

Does the carb. have a LSN needle? If it does, lean it and 1/8th and retry it. You should not need to leave the ignitor on for more than 5 seconds. It is bad for a plug to leave the ignitor on for too long. The ignitor causes it to glow hotter than it actually does when the engine is running.
If the engine only has one needle, lean it 1/8th increments until it will idle.
A hot glow plug will help the idle quality.

It has a "low speed needle" if that is what you are talking about? Also has a high speed needle, and a idle speed needle.

Yes it is, lean it a bit and see if it runs without the ignitor.

is that eletric start

No its a pull start. But since this video has been taken, i finally got it to stay running long enough to drive it for break in. I'm on my third tank of fuel. But i lost control of it and broke a shock absorber. Lol so yea. I'm in the process of fixing it.

Well, were still trying to work on the correct settings, but if you read in my blogs, you'll hear what happened yesterday...:\
