Hi all,
I'm about to decide which one to keep.
Ok, it's about 2 buggyes:
- a GS Racing Storm RTR with an OS MAX RG engine, and
- a Hobao Hyper 7 with an Force 3.5 engine
Both from the specs have the same 1.9HP.
And both are 2nd hand products.
I only managed to run one fill with the Storm before I've took it apart for inspaction/cleaning and to replace 2 broken lower arm pin holders, and I'm still waiting for the pieces. The stupid part is that I've orderd, around 100$ worth, spare parts.
The Hobao (is it the same as OFNA?) it's still o his way. I've just won an eBay auction. I did not wanted it, realy, but it was 3 a.m. and I was sleepy. So, I have no ideea of how good it is, from the parts wear point of view.
So, from your experience, which one is better:
- which one is breaking easily?
- parts wear?
- which one do you fell it's better for racing?
- how about the maintenance, compared?
- does any of those handle a .28 Axial engine?
I've read some reviews but I cannot figure out which one is better.
Ok, maybe in less then one month, I'll have both running and be able to see which one I like best after some test trials.
The ideea is that I have to sell one at the end and I already have 3 buyers that want a 1/8 buggy, they don't have any experience, so I'm thinking of keeping the best one. I already owened an SY Topspeed buggy, very simple and nice buggy but because of the Storm I sold it.
Thanks for all.
