Hyper 8 port HELP???

I just got my .21 Hyper 8 port in the mail... It will be going in a .21 conversion TMaxx. I am upgrading to a Kippster 72t slipper & was wondering what cb to run...
Also, what problems is everyone having with the slide carb on that mill? Any other carbs you can recommend?
Feel free to give me any other tips/tricks with this mill....
I'm still not sure which pipe to go with....

tj, i have no idea on the gearing. try something maybe and change it if you need to.

on the 8-port, the carb is kind of hard to tune. it's not impossible, it's just a little rough.

like jonny said, the OS 20e carb is a direct fit. I did this write up when i put the 20e on my 8-port:

i got mine for $20 used locally. i could hook you up with his email address if you're interested. he said he still had a couple way back when.

if you can't get a used 20e, it's not worth it. they are like $70 new and the stock carb does the job, it's just hard to tune.
