Can some one tell me the ground clerence of the Hyper 7 buggy, I want one but the thing keeping me from getting one is I have a gravee driveway and I was not sure the buggy would be able to handle it, but my brothers RC18MT can drive right over the gravel and not get hung up, it has a GC of about an inch

The max clearance is a little less than 2.5'' That's if you put on all the pre-load spacers and run the shock set-up for max clearance. At arms level it's a little over 1''

if a 18mt will handle it the hyper will punish it.. you should be good if you set it all the way up with no droop..

heh.... it's an 1/8th scale buggy, those things will almost handle more then a monster truck will, trust me....if you can launch a buggy off of a 20 foot jump, i think a little gravel won't hurt it :)

I would help but my hyper 7 is in 100 different pieces. Seems pretty high. i run uip the curbs and gravel and never got hung. You wount be dissapointed in the hyper. There a blast.

I remember when my mammoth was in a 100 pieces. It took me forever to get it back together. It was dilivered to me in a box and there wasn't one screw that was attached to anything. What a headache.!!

Ya i know what you mean. The reason why mine is in 100 pieces in because I'm a dummy and can't control my car in the air and smashed the whole front left part of the car and had to take out my hingepin and a arm. And plus I'm cleanin it up since its all apart. Anyways the hyper7 is a tank. The only thin that happend was i bent a hingepin from about 15 feet in the air. I couldent get the pin out because it was bent so i accidentally ripped my bottom left arm. Oh well total damage only $18.

True, true, but if I had to take a RC to a bash spot that I had not been before, I'd take the savage hands down. My buggy just gets tossed around on the dirt like at construction sites and stuff. But the buggy would be fine for gravel because it doesn't "chunk-up" like dirt can. But about the only time I take my buggy off-road is the track. Whereas my MT, I can take it EVERYWHERE......assuming my arm doesn't get tired before I get there from carrying that heavy SOB, lol.
