Picked up this savage last week and dammm that s shell is retro to say the least... Time for a matte black makeover finished with some official savage stickers if I can get my hands on them 🤣 if anyone knows where I can get a full set of HPI savage decals please let me know.

A lost and neglected Hpi savage found its way to me and IV gotta say IV only been doing this nitro bizness for a fue years but I have fell I love just need to get my hands on some nice decals👌 so much fun to work on this big beast have to give hpi it's dues ... Now just gotta get myself a vorza and a Baja to complete my collection 😁

That's great, I love seeing these old savages brought back to life. I just did a complete tear down and rebuild on my old SS. I like the flat black too.
Awesome bro can u identify mine iam not sure what model it is... Is there a way to find out
 
I'm a Savage fan too, glad to see one be saved and resurrected. I don't care for the flat black though. Never understood the appeal there.
Mine is planned for a rebuild over the winter. It's been sitting a few years now with a blown rear diff.

Looks to be a Savage 21 or 25 but judging by the cooling head design I'd say 25. Look on the side of the engine block, it should have a 21 or 25 on it.

Mcnitro, what decals are you looking for? I still have some HPI decals from when I ran in the HPI challenge in Orlando years ago, and they gave us all decals.
