Don't forget the one-way bearing.

Otherwise, that is all you need to do.
 
As long as your one way bearing is still good, you don't need a new one.

Just get a new pull start and bolt it on.

also with the owb does it have to be tightend right up or not :S

It does not get tightened. It just sits on the shaft inside the pull start housing.

It can be put on backwards by mistake though.

If you haven’t pulled it off the shaft yet, make not of which end is facing the pull start and make sure you put it back on the same direction. It is easy to check if you took it off though. Just put the bearing on and put the pull start over it without screwing it down. Pull the cord. If it is very easy to pull and the piston isn’t moving, the one way bearing is backwards and you can easily remove the pull start and spin it around.

the screws on the chasi (i think thats what its called :S)hav a alan key head and 1 of them are rounded off how can i get it off?
