I have a nitro sport with a pro.15 engine. I just ordered a O.S. .18 engine to give it a little more zip because I was told it would fit. Now the guy at the LHS said that I would have to do modifications! Another hobby store told me that I didn't and it would just fit right in. Should I continue and get this .18? If so can someone explain to me how to swap them. I am just a beginner at this all. Thanks guys

I believe it is a direct fit for the 2.5 sport. I think you will need the 2.5 upgrade kit, mainly due to a different style carb.

i have this prob with most engine i buy. The best thing to have is the fully adjustable force engine mount. By modifications he proably means drilling holes in the chassis
