I feel like some of the screws are on their way to becoming striped?
Is this a result of cheap screws if yes can anyone recommend replacement ones?
could it be a result of a cheap screwdiver? if yes can someone recommend a good brand one

thanks again

Well in the past our very own fast eddy was the man for getting screwed Oops i mean getting screws full kits.
And I always used huddy drivers they are top notch

Cheap tools will really mess up a screw/bolt/nut really fast. Not knowing what size head they are, Id say go some where like Lowes or home depot and look for some nice maybe higher priced screw drivers. Or go down to your local hobby shop and see what they have to offer.

Robmob has a bunch of screw kits for sale in the for sale section you might check out.

Good tools and a "feel" for using it makes a difference. If you are using Phillips head screws, you can upgrade to hex drive screws. That's what most people do. I still use stock screws in all my trucks including the Phillips in my Savage.

Don't use ball ends unless you have to. I can't count the screws I have that are stripped on the inside of the hex.

I guess I will pick a good set of tools I checked out home depot but they only carried Husky brand, I will look for the ones mentioned above.

thanks

try tonys screws. good quality, good price. he also has some internal thread repairs, they are great
