How many times?

How many times do you guys reuse your air filters? Just wondering when I should just buy a new one. I have 2 I swap em out when they get dirty wash them and re oil and use again. But I am just wondering if thats a great idea or not. Thanks.

If you have the kind where you can take out the foam and clean it, that would be fine. You wouldn't need to buy another one because you can just clean it with cleaning detergent and water and it's all clean.

I agree, if it's foam then I'll reuse them until they start showing their age. Rips, tears, chucks missing, etc etc.

ok sweet. Its on my savage and it has the dual stage. It is cleanable.

I've found Dawn dishwashing liquid to be the best. It really cuts the oil.
