I bet if you gunned it, you could lift up the front end.

Doubt it, the force is pushing directly forward. The "wheel lifting" is caused by the rotation of the tires, and the force that is applied by those tires. In the case of a jet, there is no force by the wheels, but a direct push from the jet.

Yea. kinda like my slash, when the force of the air pushing on the bottom of the front end is great enough, (55-60mph) it will pick it up.

Thats true. but it looks pretty heavy, and all that weight on the back, plus the acceleration, i don't know, maybe. Guess we will have to wait and see.

a jet car has no driven wheels so in the begining you wont see no lift its more later that she might lift and even fly just have to wait test and see

I believe these guys are right Flander. He won't get wheelie action when right off the line because it's not torque at the rear wheels that is creating the acceleration. He has thrust from the turbine. The thrust pushes the car directly forward, so even though weight is transferred to the rear of the car during acceleration you don't have the "drive under" force that a wheel driven car has. Unless the turbine is pointed upward slightly he won't have front wheel lift issues until the car is traveling fast enough to induce enough lift by virtue of aerodynamics

Nice car kenazzo2000, glad to see that you've got it rolling. Keep us updated on the progress!

thanks mate you understood me I'm mad about this car its the first of its kind in the world its not something you buy from a shop ill be leaving soon to start it again hope to take a video today with the body on

The sound of that engine is pretty sweet! What are you using for brakes?

A wall by the looks of it. ;)

Looks like a super-cool rig, definitely one of the coolest things I've seen done with a jet engine since I saw a scale model B-52 :)

thanks mate il be modifiying a lot of things now that we have runned it today i am going to put more videos on you tube

well today i made 4 more videos and learnt a lot . weve got a bit of trouble on the turbine side we think its the battreys or the pump we its been a long long time since the things worked we have to find away to put on the body quick weve solved that problem and we have to cover the wheels from the turbine with light metal sheeting but i can say I'm going to keep on testing and learning then we will be able to go fast

here are 4 more videos
