So far NY has proven that you indeed CAN'T buy the Cup. And they will prove that again next year. They have one of the greatest lineups of players in the league. But none of them play as a team. Geez, Matthew Barnaby was one of the best on the team this season. What's up with that? I say sell 'em all and start from scratch.

No doubt Candyman. WTF is up in the world when Tom Poti is your best offense for 1/2 the season. What a bunch of over paid cry-babies. Glen Sather went from the smartest man in hockey to the dumbest in 1 year. $ always screws everything up. Also, my respect just went up a notch since I live 2 1/2 hours out of Vancouver. My heart's on the Canucks, but my money's on the Avalanche....literally.

The Ducks won't win becuase the Red Wings are going to kick their butt. If there is anyone who can come back from loosing the first 3 its the Wings.

JOhn C, I can't agree more. Then this genius (Sather) decides the HE'S the only one quilified to coach the Rangers to their 5th season in a row missing the playoffs. I guess he didn't get the memo. I thought it was funny. Jim Schonfeld was asked to take over and he was like NO!!!! That says a lot for how sad the team is.

And I live near Syracuse NY. They have an AHL hockey team that for 5 years was shipping players to Vancouver. So I got to see some pretty fair talent play. Steve Kariya. Tyson Nash. Adrian Aucoin. Guys like that before they were pros.
