Thats cheap as hell. If it wasn't all the way over there Id snag it up right away! That is if he owns the property its on and it not just a lease and your just takjing over his inventory and lease. Otherwise thats cheap as hell. I paid $275k for my builing my Detail shop is in and that was empty!

I am thinking that that is just for the bussines and inventory. I would bet it is a leased or month to month rent on the building.
