I just wanted to post my experience with them. I placed an order last friday that was all supposed to be out of their US warehouse. I figured this meant id have them in a week and a shipping email to come out before. Well i got the paypal confirmation email and the money had come out of my account. Now i placed one order that I cancelled and then placed another one. I guess somehow I cancelled them both yet the money was gone. I emailed and called and was ready to file a complaint with them with paypal. Paypal suggested waiting 7 days to make sure that it wasn't in transit, so I did. Well I filed the complaint tonight about 3.5 hours ago saying I simply want my money or the batteries or proof that they are on the way. I really kinda wanted my money back cuz I've got a new truck sitting here with chargers and no batteries and wanted to order more batteries that I know are on the way.
Well I just checked my email and they refunded my money. While the order, whether their fault or mine was a fail, that is top notch in my book. I didnt really expect anything negative from them, just didnt expect the action taken so quickly.
Once my account is credited the money and my account settles down from all the money I've spent, I WILL be ordering from them again.
