no there was an actual team kit. i can't find any on ebay maybe if you do a search on yahoo you'll find something.

edit- here we go i found it. it wasn't in my mag after all. http://www.rccaraction.com/rc/articles/xnt_sport3.asp
scroll down to where it says "what about losi's other rtr?"
these are the bench built rtr's from losi. I'm not sure if that is what you meant by team kit but thats what i thought it was.

I think the best bang for the buck (with Losi of course) is the XXXNT RTR kit. The only real problem area on the RTR is the Diff gear & nut... Once replaced, the truck is an animal. Scared of the cheap Mach .15 mill? Break it in correctly, throw an OS slide carb on and watch out. You get a very nice radio setup to boot...

imbroken- is the diff gear and nut that bad? I'm not even too sure what this is but i think i have an idea. do you have a link to what you think is a good replacement for it?
thanks.

The diff gear, nut and screw are just cheaply made in the RTR kit.
I later found out that these parts were made in china for LOSI, not by LOSI. Replacing these parts is a cheap upgrade. The first day I got my XXXNT, I tightened the diff nut as told by the manual, and the damn nut stripped out. After replacing the stock nut, I tightened again and broke the screw. And I wasn't reallly wrenching it either.
Here's a link to a post I replied to on what should be replaced & with what...
A little help...

Where would i get a replacement diff gear & nut and what about the OS Slide carb and around how much would thiss all cost (i link would be greatly appreciated)

ya that looks good what about the differential gear and the slide carb (sorry bout the stupid neewbie questions but I'm just a newbie so all the help i can get would be greatly apreciated)

To be honest, I have never blown a diff gear. BUT, I have tigtened it so much that it wont slip either. I do have an RRP diff gear (metal) and 1HG makes one as well. Bottom line with the diff is to keep checking on it.

Good question - my LHS has them but I've been searching online and can't find one grrrrrrrrr

Maybe its discontinued........

that stinks but what do they run 4 at you lhsand what about the slide carb? and whats the diff between that and a roterary i heard roterary was more 4 offroad so y would you want to replace the stck carb on the nt with a slid carb?
