Help on Engine and Carb Manufacturer

I’m in the process of getting my old Nitro TC3 up and running. I bought this used years ago and need to find the factory carb settings. That’s the best picture I could get of the carb but I can’t make it out.. any help here would be appreciated

Welcome in @JCap1981 , to get close to factory settings turn your needles until they are flush with the housing. It looks to me it is turned in a bit too much.

Welcome to RCT. What type of nitro engine is it. There should be letters or name stamped into the casing under the cooling head. That's what's needed to fund the factory settings..

Well as far as I can find your
HSN= high speed needle 3½ turns out
LSN=low speed needle flush with slider housing

Hi JCap1981:
In the photo, I point out the pin that (supposedly) keeps the carb fixed to the engine. On the opposite side, there should be a nut that holds the carb tight. You will have to remove the motor, perhaps ... to work more comfortably.
