21 lbs. for me, it's made a huge difference. I'm sure it don't seem much to you guys but before I started back on my diet, I was extremely winded just walking to the bathroom, but now every couple of hours I walk 5 or 6 trips down the hall to the back bedroom without getting winded.
That's a huge improvement for me. I can't wait for good weather and get back on my bike.
