LOL...Since Ratzo deleted his errant post that sparked our discussion of the bad red X, I deleted the rest of the posts that pertained to that as they would not make sense without his post to start it.

As for the movies you have, I can host them for you.

Easy, easy, he is very busy. Yes, I would like to see it too of course, but we'll just have to wait. Hope it's up to it's 13 page post of hype.
 
Maybe he should delete this thread so we all forget about it for awhile. The 8 minute movie I made took me about 15 hours to make and all I had to sift through was 220M of data. From what I understand, he has about 20 times that if not more to go through. Regardless of what's in the vid, it's going to take time just to go through all the raw video he has.
 
Yup... he said that it's close though, so it shouldn't be too much longer (hopefully). :)
 
all i have to say is ....WOW.... i have never seen anything so amazing. I am just starting to get into the hobby and am very inspired by what i saw in the pics.. i can't wait to get through my break in period and go out and really run it. It is an expensive hobby, but when you look at what can really be done with these, it's an inspiration. Thanks for all the pics and taking all the time on the video. I can't wait to see it.
 
LOL...I am in the home stretch with this video...or at least past the half way point and on the down hill stretch.

The full length video is about 45 minutes. So far, I have all but the last 20 minutes smooth. I hope to finally get this thing done in the next couple of days. I kicked the wife to her sister's in Myrtle Beach for the next five days. So I should be able to get some serious work done on it.

After I smooth the transitions on the last 20 mins of video, I add the music, credits, and start generating web friendly versions.

Target release date: 4 July 2004. :D
 
I may or may not, but I damn sure hope the finished product makes up for the wait.

If it does suck, then I guess you will have to "ban" yourself!!!

A movie is a movie. Just seeing in motion, you guys beat the crap out of your rc's will be worth the wait.
 
Sounds great! We all know you have spent some time on this production. 45 minutes is definitely a long vid. It will be perfect to realease it on the 4th of July. Nice Job!
 
Haha, don't give him any ideas... we have been waiting long enough, we don't have to pay :)
