HA....already tossed it, it had no use :D.

got the cab painted, but the fabulous painters tape seeped around the edges so i need to repaint the hood, i think iw ill be happy with the colors though.Pictures to come once the paint is fixed.
 
Man that's a sweet lil project you have there........um, does anyone know if there are low-rider kits like this?
 
truck is in roller form, paint is done, tested it the tekin FX-R/35t in the truck, got some wheel rub so I'm waiting on a lift kit, gonna try and waterproof all the electronics today and get them reinstalled.

Nah.......... the body was molded in yellow, the paint will change soon, i come up with a new concept i wanna do with it.
 
Got the truck almost finished, paint came out OK, i will change it soon, need a shift servo and finish up the waterproofing, got my 1.5 iroks put on and took some outside pics today since it was nice and warm.Waiting on a body lift, next step will be bobbing the bed, the interior and driver.

Thanks Randy, I'm pretty happy with it, but i really wanna do what we talked about the other day.
 
Installed the body lift today, made a big difference, will get some pics of the truck tomorrow outside.
 
well no pics yet, decided to do all my waterproofing, Thanks to HPIguy, the waterproofing is gonna be a breeze, this stuff you sent me is perfect.

Hows the servo in the water going, still running?

Got some axial wildboars coming and a set of fender flares. should have them at the end of the week.
 
Thanks HulkMaxx,Ordered the last bit of stuff for a while last night, I have 4 Turnigy Nano tech 3s 1600 mah batteries coming along with a new bag of Deans connectors.

What kind of flares did u get? I been thinking about putting some on my 4door
 
I got a complete set for 24 dollars shipped from SDI 4x4, they are in spain, they received a order that were blems from the manufacturer and sold them at 1/2 price. it shows 9.87 for a set of 4 but by the time it gets switch to american dollars, and the shipping it came up to 24 dollars and some change.

You're welcome buddy, happy to help. Yep, still going, been in there submerged for over a week now with no special treatment other than the coating, still no o rings or anything else being used. I pulled it up the other day, case is full of water :hehe:

Finally got to take the truck out today, after about 5 minutes.......

Well, That didnt take long, but i have just the thing to fix it, Contents = Axial Wild Boar Driveshafts + 1/4-20 threaded rod.

Broke out the tap and die, threaded the driveshafts and threaded the threaded rod down in the driveshaft and broke out the Dremel,

I shouldnt have anymore popped universals and wont ever have to worry about twisting the driveshafts, cheap but effective mod that should save some headache and wrench time down the road.
