Thats a difficult one.
Its going to take some trial and error to figure out.
Do the wheels turn from lock to lock while it is off the ground?
On the ground standing still?
What radio are you using?
Check the batteries in both your TX and RX.
Check your linkage including the servo horn screws.
If you disconnect the servo linkage do the wheels move freely.

they lock off the ground. on the ground they nearly lock. I'm using radio shack green nickel-metal hydrides in the in remote. I'm aslo using a brand new battery pack that i stole from my rs4 3 due to me stripping my 1st gear. The radio is the RtR hitech. AM of coarse.... Could the servo just have gotten weak or something? Thanks holmes

Also check the tension on the servo saver. If it's too loose, you won't be able to turn under power. Just a thought.
