No doubt! The price of that is just rediculous! Probably just cheaper to let him live his life out in prison. Imagine the guys pull he must have in prison...lol.. I bet hes like a god in there..FastEddy said:

The death penalty should consist of a roll of plastic sheeting, 1 roll of duck tape and a $1.00 bullet. :sniper: Cheap and easy to clean up. As you can see I'm all for the death penalty, but I agree he should have been killed long ago.
The people he killed didn't have a chance to appeal being killed.
29 years was 29 years too long. They should have done this a long, long time ago.

Like thousands of other inmates, he either "found god" or changed his ways. you have no other choice in prison.
My wife and I just spoke about this, he is the only man to win the award he won (my wife THINKS it is the Nobel Peace Prize or somthing) to be put to death.
Anyone know what award it was?

thats the problem. Because it should have been done so long ago, he had the time to turn it around and actually make himself look like a good guy. I seen he won a award aslo (And also not sure) and seconds after they were compairing him to Jesse Jackson, Malcom X, and Nelson Mandella.. Kinda a joke if ya ask me. People always praise the dead. Its like they feel if they say the bad a person did, its disrespectful. Its total bullshit. But whatever I guess. Thats society and life I guess.

He was only "Nominated" for the Nobel Peace Prize for his books, but considering that there is no formal nomination committee for the NPP, it really means nothing. I could nominate you tomorrow for taking your morning crap.
The whole NPP thing is a smoke screen. He has not expressed remorse for his crimes, and in fact still denies he was even present at the crime scenes. He has not admitted his guilt. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals even turned him down for a new trial based upon alledged new evidence and witnesses. They felt he got a fair trial.

He didn't win the Nobel, he was nominated for it twice (just read about it). Thankfully he didn't win it, because I think it would have disrespected all previous winners, like Ghandi, Malcolm, Dr. Martin Luther King and the like. I couldn't care less that he turned his life around and started speaking out against gangs because all the little bangers ended up thinking is, "see, the trick is to not get caught!" The reason gangs have lost their luster, so to speak, is because the decent citizens of the areas where the gangs were prevalant said "ENOUGH!" and took their neighborhoods back! They decided, collectively, to not take that crap anymore and essentially made it uncool to be a banger! Notice how some of these stars that were bangers, like Ice-T and Snoop downplay the fact they were in a gang? I've always felt very strongly that any self-proclaimed banger is simply an outright idiot and that these folks that blame a lack of jobs or education as the reason kids join gangs simply fails to admit that the majority of kids that join gangs are idiots or their parents are!
What's really ironic about all this is, as I sit here, the movie Colors comes on, and I didn't even tune to it. FREAKY!!!!!

Most of these guys in prisons happiness and well being depend on how they are treated by the guards, etc. I would guess quite a few of them "turn it around" because they get tired of being stomped in the a** all the time, not because the really feel that way.
What do suppose his final words will be? (insert latino cuss words here, gringo's, more latino cuss words!!!)

it is a tragin but all too real fact: people are cruel and stupid. It is sad that man had to literally take someones life to get the point across. I feel almost as if it is barbaric and unprecidented...But I know it is necesary.
Oh well, if no one else is going to say it I guess I will: Whomever He Worships, May They Show Him Mercy for His Actions, Man Will Not.
Spend half your life locked in a cage, only to end it painfully and at the expense of KNOWING that hundreds of people are going to be relieved, if not happy that you are gone from the earth... that must be a gut wrenching thought. All because he wanted to play the role of something he obviously was not meant to play.

I know Id rather be dead then sit in prison, so to me, theyd be doing me a favor. I been to jail once, just overnight (for petty poop when I was 15) and I know I'm never going back, and thats just county. Cake walk compared to prison.

Naww... juice him, revive him, juice him, revive him.... repeat each time for each victim. He'll pray for death by the end of it. Too bad it ain't televised... Stuff like this needs to be all over the tube, so these little gangbangers will see there are indeed consequences for their stupidity.
