go carts

Do any of you guys have go carts kids? I just picked up a fox lxt 2 seater with a 5hp on it for $60. It needs some work like 2 front tires tie rod ends and a sprocket. Where is a good place to get parts? I figured for $60 I couldn't go wrong and my son is 7 so he don't need anything to crazy.

northerntool was one of the few stores that had go cart parts locally.
They dont have anything in stock at the stores anymore, but you can order online

I bought me son a crf50 3 years ago and he won't ride it. He crashed really hard last year and is totally freaked out. He didn't get hurt and always wears his helmet and boots. He has rode in his friends 2 seater go kart and loved it. So I'm hoping that he will drive it. I'm holding on to the 50 for my daughter and have installed the training wheels so maybe it will get used some.
